Quartz sand is laid with epoxy, acrylic or polyethane – this gives an extremely hard-wearing floor which is well suited for many different purposes. The floor can then be surface-treated depending on what it is going to be used for. We carry a number of different products which give the floor the desired finish.
All have the same effect, but can be applied differently. Many people add them to the mix. You can also strew them on top for an improved effect.
-
Dynagrip: A crushed stone type. It ensures optimum durability for floors which are subjected to extreme loads. We carry Dynagrip in five variants.
-
Bauxite: The raw material for aluminium. It is heated to 1700°C to achieve its extremely high wear and pressure resistance. We carry this material in three variants. Bauxite is a very strong material and dark in colour, which allows for very little colour play.
-
Silicon carbide: The strongest surface treatment we can offer. Silicon carbide glimmers slightly and therefore gives a very subtle but attractive effect.
-
Bikorit: A transparent and extremely sharp product which adds wear resistance to the floor. The floor achieves enormous friction. The hard aggregates are stocked products which can be delivered on a day-to-day basis to enable you to continue your construction work.
